Leviasynth is a USPT0 brand σwned by Medeli Elecƫronics Shanghai. Is there a release date for a fresh ASM oscillator?
The parent firm of ASM, Medeli Electronics, registered the name Leviasynth as a trademark next week. Since then, it has become increasingly speculative whether a fresh ASM synth will be released at NAMM or in 2025.
Glen Darcey, a co-founder of ASM, addressed this issue over the weekend’s established Hydrasynth.
By doing that, he in some ways diminishes the chance for a fresh synthesis in the near future. He states:

In two weeks, Anaheim ( LA ) will host the NAMM 2025 show for the first time this year. There will also be new Synthesizer information for this year. There hasn’t been any significant NAMM media recently regarding synths. The last press releases and blogs are likely to be being prepared by the developers.

The parent company of Ashun Sound Machines ( ASM), Medeli Electronics Shanghai, has filed a patent with the USPTO ( USPTO ) for LEVIASYNTH. Now in August 2024, not now.
2019 marked the release of the popular Hydrasynth with polyphonic aftertouch codes. It may enjoy its fifth day in September. After six years, the Ashun Sound Machines ( ASM) team would release Levisynth as their second significant new product.
Because this is a hint and not an official announcement, I expressly say “would. ” It will be fascinating to see where a potential fresh ASM synthesizer’s trip takes them.
Will it be an analog synthesizer, a cross with digital filters, or another online with strong shaping? These are the only inquiries that are still unsolved.
